Guilt cycle → ‘tomorrow’ promises, tonight’s Netflix
Secret fear → “Maybe I’m not wired for greatness”
I tried what the gurus preach:
1. “Hustle harder” (burn-out, zero ROI)
2. Bulletproof coffee bio-hacks (expensive jitters)
3. Pomodoro dashboards (beautiful charts, no results)
4. One-size YouTube workouts (injuries + boredom)
5. Vision-board manifesting (still manifesting…)
Rock bottom: watching driven men lap me while I drowned in “potential.”
